Residents Connected to Wastewater Plants Are Asked To Reduce Water Usage During Tropical Storm Ida
Due to the forecasted possible heavy rainfall associated with the remnance of Tropical Storm Ida coming to our area we are asking Tewksbury Twp. residents that are connected with a public wastewater treatment plant such as Oldwick Village, Meadows at Oldwick, and Hunters Glen Community to please try to reduce water usage during the time frame from 9/1- through the evening of 9/2.
Such things as Laundry, dishwashers, multiple showers etc.
This will help reduce the loading on the treatment works and reduce flows during critical times such as these.
