* At 1252 PM EDT, Doppler radar and stream gauges indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Cumberland... Keyser... Bel Air... Paw Paw... La Vale... Fort Ashby... Ridgeley... Cresaptown... Potomac Park... Wiley Ford... Rawlings... Springfield... Green Spring... Flintstone... Oldtown... Spring Gap... Little Orleans... Wagoner... Patterson Creek... North Branch... Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area.
