Flood Warning until 06:00PM 
At 238 PM EDT, Doppler radar and stream gauges indicate heavy rainfall has fallen across the warned area. Between 2 and 4 inches of rain have fallen. Stream gauge along Georges Creek in Westernport indicates minor flooding is ongoing with a latest level of 9.4 feet and slowly rising. Additional stream gauges throughout the warned area are still rising as well. This includes the following Flood Prone Roads: Midland near Georges Creek... Lonaconing near Georges Creek and Koontz Run... Additional rainfall amounts of less than 0.5 inches are possible in the warned area.

Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
