* Flood Warning for... Western Allegany County in western Maryland... Northeastern Garrett County in western Maryland... Southwestern Mineral County in eastern West Virginia...
* Until 400 AM EDT.
* At 1134 PM EDT, Stream gauges at Wills Creek in Cumberland indicate minor flooding is occurring respectively. Rain has ended in these areas, but flooding will take several more hours to recede.
* For Wills Creek at Cumberland: At 11:15pm the stage was 10.76 feet. Flood Stage is 10.0 feet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ALLEGANY, MD ... GARRETT, MD ... MINERAL, WV
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
