Storm Update 
Route 9A is open in both directions after an overnight closure due to flooding. A portion of Old Albany Post road in the Crotonville section of Ossining is closed due to a downed tree limb.
Avoid the waterfront. Overnight we experienced significant flooding. Check Metro North's website for delays or cancellations.
