Plainfield Township Tropical Storm Ida Damage Assessment Information Request
Dear Plainfield Township Residents and/or Property Owners:
The Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is currently assessing damages as a result of Tropical Storm Ida in order to apply for a Presidential Disaster Declaration which allows for potential Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Individual Assistance (IA) and Public Assistance (PA) funds to aid recovery efforts.
If you have experienced damages to your property, please send a brief report to me via an email to [email protected] on or before Tuesday, September 7, 2021. The report should include the following information:
- Property Address (Complete Address)
- Name/Phone Number/Email Address
- Identify if Home or Business
- Own/Rent
- Homeowners Insurance Y/N?
- Flood Insurance Y/N?
- Property is in Special Flood Hazard Area Y/N?
- Water Height Above First Finished Floor (ex. 2 feet)
- Basement Finished or Unfinished?
- Water Height Above Basement (ex. 2 feet)
- Type of Dwelling (i.e. Single or Multi-Family)
- Estimated Damages ($)
- Photographs of Damages
