Full Notification

On Thursday, September 2, 2021 at approximately 1820 hours, the Readington Township Police were dispatched to McDonalds for a report of a male going car to car asking for money. Patrol located the suspect who was later identified as Miguel Cruz (44) out of Whitehouse Station. Cruz was wanted out of Hoboken, NJ on a criminal warrant for Theft of Services and was placed under arrest.  The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guility in a court of law.
