RPDPS Needs Help With Catalytic Convertor Theft 
Today at 0654 hours a resident in the Valley Village Mobile Home Park heard a loud noise outside of her residence. When she exited her home, she saw a person with a hood over their head run from between her two vehicles that were parked in her carport. The resident gave chase as the suspect jumped into the passenger side of a gold Toyota 4dr with dark tinted windows. The resident got a partial California license plate of 5ZQ?847, with one letter missing after the Q.
