Information: shooting report - area of Homestead-Duquesne Road 
On Monday at approximately 11;00 AM, the West Mifflin police responded to a shooting in the 2400 block of Homestead Duquesne Road. The police are investigating a man being shot in the leg. The suspect ran from the area. West Mifflin Officers along with the assistance of a Port Authority Officers and a K-9 searched for the suspect behind the houses with negative results.
The suspect is a black male wearing a white shirt and had dreadlocks. The police are continuing to investigate the incident.
