Nixle/Everbridge has implemented “Smartpath” which prioritizes messages to be sent to a subscriber’s email or the Everbridge mobile app.  As a result, many of our subscribers are no longer receiving text messages if an email is associated with your account.  The easiest way to get important and emergency Nixle notifications on your cell phone is to download and install the Everbridge app.  You can download the app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
