Riverbank between Talbot St. and High St.
High Street between W. Union St and the Riverfront (W. Pearl St. & Pearl Blvd.)
W. Union between High St. and Talbot St.
Pearl Blvd. between Stacy St. and High St.
W. Pearl St between High St. and Talbot St.
Smith Alley and the adjacent parking lot bordering Wood St. and W. Union St.
