1. Shooting into a Business (0820) 2600 Block of West Lane, Civic District
Representatives of an area business reported their building was struck by gunfire while unoccupied. The incident occurred sometime over the weekend. No suspect information.
 
2. Resisting Arrest (1208) 4700 Block of Pacific Avenue, Lakeview District
Officers responded to an area business on a report of a disturbance. Officers attempted to detain the suspect, who appeared to be under the influence of narcotics. The suspect pulled away from officers, who took her to the ground. The suspect continued to resist, and a Taser was deployed. Officers were able to take the suspect into custody. ARRESTED: Rochelle Payton, 46, for trespassing, public intoxication, and resisting arrest.
