The National Weather Service in State College has issued a

* Flood Advisory for... East Central Adams County in south central Pennsylvania... Northwestern York County in south central Pennsylvania...

* Until 100 AM EDT.

* At 1145 PM EDT, Lingering light rain, combined with runoff from earlier downpours, will result in minor flooding continuing through around 1 am.

* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Weigelstown, Hampton, Shiloh, Manchester, Emigsville, Lake Meade, Dover, East Berlin, Mount Wolf, York Haven and Heidlersburg.

* AFFECTED AREAS: ADAMS, PA ... YORK, PA

Instructions:

Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
