Suspicious Activity 
On September 9, 2021 at 7:21 a.m. the Mercersburg Police Department were alerted to suspicious acitity at a school bus stop in the area of Beech Lane and Findlay Drive. Reportedly a white male described as approximately 5'8" 180 pounds, gray hair, clean shaven, wearing a tan shirt and blue jeans was loitering in the area of a bus stop.
The male allegedly attempted to approach some of the children and was confronted by a parent which caused the male to leave the area. The male left the scene in a dark blue possibly station wagon vehicle with a rear bicycle rack and a registration that was not a Pennsylvania Registration.
