Update: Gilroy PD Non-emergency Phone Lines are Now Working
Gilroy 911 Communications is experiencing issues with our phone lines due to a Frontier carrier outage. Non-emergency lines are down. 9-1-1 lines are being answered by our backup Public Safety Answering Point at Santa Clara County Communications. This outage is affecting both cell phones and landlines.
If you have a non-emergency, please use our Text-to-911 service via your cell phone. Text your concern to 911 in the TO field. We will provide an update as soon as the outage is resolved.
