Cloquet PD is attempting to locate an 11 year old Native-American male named Felix Webster Fox. He ran from his current residence in Cloquet this morning. It is believed the child may have been picked up by his biological mother, Danielle Webster, who lives in Duluth. It is believed they left in a 2007 Chrysler Town & Country, blue in color, and with MN License DJZ079. We would like to check his welfare. Presently we do not have a current photo of Felix
