1. To authorize an expenditure not to exceed $575,000 from the capital nonrecurring fund for the repair and renovation of the roof at the Sherman School.

2. To authorize an expenditure not to exceed $33,000.00 from the capital non-recurring fund for new flooring in the Sherman ESF building.

3. To authorize an additional funding request not to exceed from the capital non-recurring fund an amount of $13,000 to add to the previously approved $56,000.00 from the April 14, 2021 Town Meeting, for the purchase of a new Department of Public Works truck, a 2022 Ford F-550.

4. To approve an ordinance that offers tax relief to Disabled Sherman Veterans
