Andrew Hodge has been brought back to the Rutherford County Detention Center and served with murder warrants for the shooting death of Thomas Liebel.
Hodge was given a no bond on the murder charge and has a $81,500 dollar bond on the remaining warrants.
Two Rutherford County Criminal Apprehension Team members flew to Florida on the NCSBI plane and escorted Hodge back to Rutherford County.
