On 08/16/2021, Wanted Suspect Vargas-Martinez violated a restraining order by entering the gated property of Heart of Jesus Retreat Center. Once on the property, he removed the window screen to a bedroom and attempted to make entry. The victim awoke from their sleep and used force to have Vargas-Martinez leave. Vargas-Martinez has a criminal history of burglary at this property as well as a nearby property and has an outstanding warrant for his arrest.
