Flood Advisory until 08:45PM Saturday 
The National Weather Service in Melbourne has issued a
* Urban and Small Stream Flood Advisory for... Central Orange County in east central Florida... South Central Seminole County in east central Florida...
* Until 845 PM EDT.
* At 655 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. This will cause urban and small stream flooding. Between 1.5 and 2.5 inches of rain have fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Orlando, Oviedo, Wedgefield, University Of Central Florida, Bithlo, Avalon Park, Goldenrod, Azalea Park, Christmas and Union Park. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are expected over the area. This additional rain will result in minor flooding.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ORANGE, FL ... SEMINOLE, FL
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be aware of your surroundings and do not drive on flooded roads.
