Western Bucks County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Southeastern Delaware County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Central Montgomery County in southeastern Pennsylvania... Philadelphia County in southeastern Pennsylvania...

* Until 600 PM EDT.

* At 142 PM EDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain moving into the warned area. Between 0.5 and 1 inch of rain has fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2.5 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly. HAZARD...Flash flooding caused by thunderstorms. SOURCE...Radar. IMPACT...Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low lying areas.

* Some locations that may experience flash flooding include... Philadelphia, Camden, Gloucester City, Cherry Hill, Bensalem, Mount Laurel, Chester, Willingboro, Deptford, West Deptford, Lansdale, and Lumberton. This includes the following highways... New Jersey Turnpike between exits 2 and 5. Pennsylvania Turnpike between mile markers 336 and 354. Interstate 95 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 11 and 39. Interstate 76 in Pennsylvania between mile markers 349 and 351. Interstate 76 in New Jersey between mile markers 0 and 3. Interstate 295 in New Jersey between mile markers 9 and 48.
