****TRAFFIC UPDATE*****  Traffic lights at Military & Mason are repaired.

Original message:

The traffic lights are stuck flashing red at the intersection of Mason & Military on Green Bay's west side.  The area is experiencing heavy congestion.  Please avoid the area and take an alternative route if at all possible.  If an alternative route is not possible, please remember that traffic lights displaying a flashing red light are to be treated as a 4-way stop sign.

The Green Bay Department of Public Works is aware of the situation and heading to the scene with an electrician to repair the problem.  There is currently no timeframe on when the issue will be resolved.
