On 09/26/21 Frankfort Police responded to business burglaries occurring at Buford's BBQ and Bourbon, Salina's Pasta and Pizza, Corona Realty Group and Campus Cleaners. In each instance a landscaping brick is thrown through a window to gain entry. The subjects are seen pulling into the shopping plaza parking lot at 5:32 a.m. driving a red Hyundai Elantra. It was later learned the vehicle was reported stolen from Chicago Heights. Video obtained from the area shows two offenders. A neighboring jurisdiction reported the same subjects and vehicle burglarizing business locations in their town.
