We are asking for your assistance in locating a missing at risk adult, Joyce Hatton, 71 years. Hatton was last seen at Silverado Trail and Highland Ave walking north bound. She may be trying to get to Lake Berryessa. She was last seen wearing a gray jacket with a pink shirt. If you have seen her in the past hour please call 911.
