* Until 415 AM CDT Thursday.
* At 1013 PM CDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain due to thunderstorms. Flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly in the warned area.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Aetna. Radar indicates that 2 to 4 inches of rain has fallen and thunderstorms were still developing and moving over the same area.
* AFFECTED AREAS: BARBER, KS ... COMANCHE, KS
Instructions:
Turn around, don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
