On Thursday, September 30, 2021 at approximately 0009 hours, Ptl. Belardo stopped  Amber Wysocki (34) out of Flemington, NJ  for driving below the posted speed limit on Route 22. As the officers approached the vehicle they observed drug paraphernalia in plain view and Wysocki appeared to be under the influence. Wysocki failed the officers field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. Wysocki was issued a summons for  being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance, possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. Wysocki was also issued  a motor vehicle summons for DWI, Possession of CDS in a Motor Vehicle and Careless Driving. The filing of charges is merely one step in the process. A defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
