Investigators Arrest One Suspect; Need Information on Second in Capital Murder of Woman. 
Homicide investigators have arrested 35-year-old Anthony Ray Coats, and are searching for a second man identified as 20-year-old Timmothy Rayvon Johnson in the robbing and shooting death of a woman.
Anthony Coats was arrested and is currently in the Harris County Sheriff’s Office Detention Facility awaiting arraignment.
Johnson is believed to be in the Harris County area.
On Saturday, August 7, 2021, at approximately 8:44 PM, the victim (Bryanna Fogg) was shot and killed in the parking lot of the In-Town Suites located at 16909 Rolling Creek Drive, Houston, Texas.
Information was gathered that Coats and Johnson were seen running from the location after Fogg was shot and killed.
