Los Angeles County Sheriff's Homicide detectives are responding to the 600 block of E. Pine Street in the city of Compton to investigate the shooting death of a male adult.
 
The victim was pronounced deceased at the scene.
 
The investigation is ongoing and there is no further information available at this time.
