The Ontario Police Department is aware of a social media post which contained possible threats involving a school with a name similar to one in our jurisdiction. At this time there is no indication that the actual school is in our City.

However, given the threatening nature of the post and out of an abundance of caution, there will be increased Ontario Police presence in and around the campus. We will continue to investigate this matter with due diligence, as we ensure our students and community remain safe.
