LOCATION: 7300 Block of Dunkirk Avenue, Highland
MISSING PERSON: Arnaldo Cotto, 80-year-old resident of Highland
SUMMARY: On Sunday October 3, 2021, at about 10:41 p.m., 80-year-old Arnaldo Cotto walked away from his home on the 7300 block of Dunkirk Avenue in Highland. Cotto is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease.
Cotto is a Hispanic male, about 5'7", and 170 pounds. Cotto is bald and has a white beard. When Cotto left home he was wearing a white short-sleeve button shirt, dark color pants, and black dress shoes.
