Sheriff’s Office Detectives Investigate Patterson Homicide

Detectives and deputies with Patterson Police Services and the Stanislaus County Sheriff’s Office are currently investigating a homicide which took place near Shearwater Drive and James Burke Avenue this afternoon.
On Friday, October 8, 2021, at about 2 p.m., deputies began a preliminary death investigation. No arrests have been made at the writing of this press release, no suspect or vehicle information is available, and other details surrounding the altercation are still being investigated.
