Police are investigating attempted thefts from vehicles that occurred  between 3:00 and 4:00 a.m. this morning in the 400 block of Royal Rd. The suspect is believed to be a dark-skinned male wearing a gray hooded sweatshirt. At the time of the incident he was wearing a dark-colored face mask. The suspect is believed to be on foot. Police are requesting residents with camera systems to review footage from overnight. Anyone with information or who believes their vehicle was targeted is asked to call police at 717-838-1376.
