ROAD CLOSURE - SAT OCT 16TH. 200 BLOCK OF N. MILL STREET WILL BE CLOSED TO ALL TRAFFIC AT 1 PM TO SET UP FOR THE COMMUNITY BLOCK PARTY. 
Saturday, October 16th, the 200 block of N. Mill Street (between Saginaw/Center) will be blocked off and closed to all traffic. No cars will be allowed to enter or park in the 200 block of N. Mill Street from 1pm - 9pm.
This road closure is being done to allow the set up of the St. Louis Community Block Party. The block party will be from 4pm - 8pm.
