PG&E is planning a widespread statewide Public Safety Power Shutoff (PSPS). It is expected that the event will start on 10/11/21 at 0530 hrs. and end 10/12/21 at 2200 Hrs. based on this mornings Situation Report from PG&E. This event is being triggered by elevated fire conditions throughout the state.  As it stands now, SLO County will have only 223 customers impacted (see pink areas below). The PSPS will be spread throughout the county with the main impact to the Cambria area. This PSPS could be expanded or have a trickle-down effects to other areas surrounding the planned outage circuits.
