Attorneys File Writ In Court Today To Reinstate SHERIFF VICTOR HILL back in office 
Attorneys Matt Tucker and Alan Parker filed a Writ of Mandamus today at the Superior Court of Fulton County to have Sheriff Victor Hill reinstated back to work. Both attorneys state that the same state law that gave the Governor the authority to suspend Sheriff Victor Hill clearly states that the suspension is for a defined limited duration which has already exceeded a month.
