During the course of the ongoing investigation, deputies from the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department's Multi Enforcement Team identified the suspect as Oscar Daniel Gutierrez, a 23-year-old male from Eastvale, CA.
On October 12, 2021, deputies from the Specialized Investigation Division apprehended Gutierrez at his residence in the city of Eastvale without incident. Gutierrez was booked in at the West Valley Detention Center for attempted murder and is being held in lieu of $1,000,000 bail.

SUMMARY: On October 8, 2021 at approximately 11:24 p.m., deputies responded to the Punch Bowl Social for reports of shots fired. When deputies arrived they located a male victim suffering from a gunshot wound. He was transported to a local hospital with non-life threatening injuries. The investigation is still on-going.
