Primarily area Businesses are receiving fraudulent/scam phone calls reporting that they are calling from the City of Chelsea and are threatening to shut power off without payment. This is a FRAUDULENT CALL. The City of Chelsea is NOT calling threatening to shut power off to any business or residence. If you receive one of these phone calls please do not give them any information and hang up the phone.
