The Oakland Police Department needs your assistance locating the vehicle shown in this video. On October 6, 2021, just before 11:30 PM, 15-year-old Shamara Young, was shot and killed while riding as a passenger during an apparent case of road rage. The suspect’s vehicle appears to be an early 2000, silver, 2-door Honda Accord.
