Marco Antonio Romo Arrested After Pointing a Gun at the Victim in Victor Valley

LOCATION: 11790 Block of White Ave., Adelanto
VICTIM: Adult female
SUSPECT: Marco Antonio Romo, 21-years-old, Transient
SUMMARY:
On Tuesday, October 19, 2021, at 12:39 am, deputies responded to a 911 call in the 11790 block of White Avenue in Adelanto. According to the caller, her estranged boyfriend, who she shares a child with, was outside her home armed with a weapon.
According to the victim, Marcos Antonio Romo, came to her residence and started banging on her door and making threats. When she looked outside, Romo pointed a gun directly at her face. The victim called 911 and Romo ran from the area before deputies arrived. Deputies located Romo a short time later laying in a dirt hole with a BB gun.
Marco Antonio Romo was arrested and booked at the High Desert Detention Center. He is currently being held in lieu of $75,000.00 bail.
