Full Notification

It has been reported to the Alaska Wildlife Troopers and the Alaska Department of Fish and Game that several bears have been in the neighborhood adjacent to Funny River Road and Salamatoff Drive.  Please ensure all trash is secured, electric fences are used for chicken coops, and use caution while outdoors.  Extra patrols will be conducted in the area, if you are threatened by the bears call 911.
