Thomas R. Hester is 77 years old, 5’08”, 180 lbs, gray hair, blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a red shirt and blue pants. Hester has Dementia, he has a communication deficit, history of seizures and uses a walker.
Hester was last seen today, October 19th, at 7 PM in the area of 553 Smalley Ave. He was reported missing at 9:15 PM.
