Randall Lee Rose, a 58-year-old man, was taken into custody this morning around 9:00am by officers with the Jackson Police Department along with the US Marshals.
Rose is charged the homicide of Mary Kelly, a 70-year-old woman. This homicide occurred on September 25, 2021 at 2051 Hollywood Drive.
Rose was found on an abandoned commercial property in the Hollywood Drive area.
Rose is currently charged with First Degree Murder and will be formally arraigned in Jackson City Court on tomorrow morning.
