Public Hearing Reminder on the Joint Sewer District Consolidation - tonight at 6PM at Town Hall 
The Town Board of the Town of East Greenbush shall meet and hold a Public Hearing at the Town Hall, 225 Columbia Turnpike, Rensselaer, New York, at 6:00 o’clock p.m. on the 20th day of October, 2021, to consider the consolidation of the four Town of East Greenbush Sewer Districts and related extensions, to wit: General Sewer District; Hampton Manor Sewer District; Couse Sewer District; and Third Avenue Sewer District into a single consolidated sewer district, known as the Town of East Greenbush Consolidated General Sewer District; to consider the execution and approval of a Joint Consolidation Agreement; and to hear all persons interested in the subject thereof concerning the same and to take such action thereon as shall be required or authorized by law.
