* WHAT...Southeast winds 20 to 30 mph with gusts up to 60 mph possible.

* WHERE...Portions of the Eastern Gulf Coast and Central Inner Channels, including Port Protection, Point Baker, Coffman Cove, Port Alexander, Sitka, Wrangell, and Kake.

* WHEN...From Friday morning through Friday afternoon.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could blow down trees and power lines. Widespread power outages are possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.

* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...The highest chances for high winds occur around 6AM to noon as the approaching low passes by the area just off the coast.
