Investigators Need The Publics Help In Locating Murder Suspect.

Homicide investigators need the public’s help in locating murder suspect Rishaud Womack (04/27/90) for the murder of two local men in north Houston.

The two victims in this tragic incident are pictured in our release, Isiah McCoy and Reginald “JJ” Jackson.

On Wednesday, September 22, 2021, at approximately 9:45 AM, deputies responded to a shooting at the Portofino Apartments, located at 910 Cypress Station, in north Harris County.

When they arrived a male victim, Isiah McCoy, was found deceased in his vehicle, in the apartment complex parking lot.

A second victim, Reginald “JJ” Jackson, was found deceased on the side of the road, on Redleaf LN, west of the apartment complex.

A review of surveillance video, showed McCoy and Jackson in the apartment complex parking lot when they were approached by Womack.

He fired a handgun at Jackson, who fled on foot, out of the complex and down Redleaf LN.

He then fired multiple gunshots at McCoy, who was still sitting in his car.

After the suspect shot McCoy, he chased Jackson down Redleaf LN, shot him again, and left Jackson in the roadway.

Womack returned to the apartment complex and disappeared from view.

A short time later, surveillance video showed a black Nissan SUV traveling southbound on Redleaf LN.

The SUV apparently struck Jackson, while he was in the roadway, and fled the scene without stopping.

Womack has been charged with Capital Murder for the shooting deaths of Isiah McCoy and Reginald Jackson.

Womack is currently wanted and should be considered armed and dangerous.

His  most current booking photo is featured third in the group.
If anyone knows where Womack is located, they should immediately contact 911 or the HCSO Homicide unit at 713-274-9100.

Crime Stoppers may pay up to $5,000 for information leading to the charging and/or arrest of the suspect in this case. Information may be reported by calling 713-222-TIPS (8477), submitted online at www.crime-stoppers.org or through the Crime Stoppers mobile app. Only tips and calls DIRECTLY TO Crime Stoppers are anonymous and eligible for a cash reward.
