Rohnert Park DPS wants to provide an update on today's storm activity. Many areas of town are flooded and/or are approaching flood level. Public Works is aware and they are diligently working all over town. Signs are up in many areas but continue to get blown down due to heavy winds.

Heavily affected areas include Rohnert Park Expressway West, many parts of Redwood Dr, Golf Course in the area of Mary's and Doubletree, Southwest in the area of Country Club and Seed Farm,most of Circle Dr, to name a few. The Sonoma County Water Agency channels to the creeks are full at this time.

Public Works is aware that sandbags ran out at the Community Center and are working on this as well. Stay indoors as much as possible and only drive if necessary. Turn around and do not drive through flooded streets.
