For emergency needs, threats to life or property, please call 911.
Call 9-1-1 immediately to report the location of a downed line. After reporting the downed line, call PG&E at 1-800-743-5000. Assume downed power lines are energized and dangerous. Stay away from the lines and keep others away from them.
During a power outage, use battery-operated flashlights, and not candles, due to the risk of fire. And keep extra batteries on hand. If you must use candles, please keep them away from drapes, lampshades, animals, and small children. Do not leave candles unattended.

If you see standing water, turn around!
The following streets are closed due to flooding;
- Airbase Parkway between Dover and Heath.
- 3000 block Holiday Lane.
- 740 block of N. Texas at the curve
- Red Top Road under I-80
