**ALL ROADWAYS NOW OPEN** SAFETY ALERT - Extreme flooding Downtown San Rafael Corridor -- STAY OUT OF AREA

** Downtown Roadways Now Open. Andersen between W Francisco and Bellam are now re-opened.**

San Rafael PD is issuing this safey alert to advise you of EXTREME flooding in the DOWNTOWN San Rafael Corridor.   Many of the roadways are under 2 feet of water AND are IMPASSABLE or otherwise closed.  The flooding is anticipated to worsen due to another HIGH TIDE, in addition to the rain fall levels from the "atmospheric river."

PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE THROUGH STANDING WATER, YOU WILL STALL.  

Please Stay Safe, Stay Home and keep the roads clear for emergency response vehicles.
