* At 917 AM PDT, the public reported heavy rain in the advisory area due to thunderstorms. Minor flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Winnemucca, Battle Mountain, Midas, Valmy, Paradise Valley, Golconda, Argenta, Tuscarora, Dunphy, Orovada, McDermitt, Owyhee, Mountain City, Midas Mine, Chimney Dam Reservoir, Twin Creeks Mine, Willow Creek Reservoir, Adam Peak, Lone Tree Mine and Golconda Summit.
* AFFECTED AREAS: ELKO, NV ... EUREKA, NV ... HUMBOLDT, NV ... LANDER, NV
