The Flood Warning continues for Vermilion River from Near Pontiac downstream to IL-23 near Streator, including the Pontiac gauge.
* From this evening to late tomorrow evening.
* At 9:45 AM CDT Monday the stage was 10.5 feet.
* Flood stage is 14.0 feet.
* Moderate flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...The river is expected to rise above flood stage late this evening to a crest of 15.0 feet tomorrow morning. It will then fall below flood stage tomorrow evening.
* Impact...At 15.0 feet, Low-lying sections of Pontiac Golf Course are inundated.
* Flood History...This crest compares to a previous crest of 15.0 feet on 06/01/2013.
